I took a kinesiology class in college to learn to lift weights. It wasn't until I was forced to take control of my health that
I stepped foot back into a gym. I hired a personal trainer and nutritionist and in as little as 6 months, I was on my way to big changes.
I love the stress relief it offers and how powerful it feels to push heavy weights.
I set small goals and I imagine mysef parading around in little more than a thong and that usually does the trick! ;-)
